Live with purpose.
Give with purpose.
OUR VISION
We support people to become purpose-driven changemakers who experience increased connection, meaning, and impact through their giving.

Our Approach
-
Advise and coach individuals and families to cultivate their sense of purpose and deepen impact through their philanthropic efforts
-
Build communities of donors, philanthropy advisors, and social impact leaders through retreats, workshops, and learning journeys grounded in purpose, knowledge, relationships, and impact
-
Advance the field by building tools, resources, and partnerships to expand the channels that accelerate the flow of resources to catalyze impact
Our Belief
Given our own purpose-driven lives and careers focused on maximizing human potential, our vision is that this work will:
-
Mobilize resources to enable the young people furthest from opportunities, and their families, to thrive
-
Develop “Dream Donors” - high-trust philanthropic partners who operate with humility and intention
-
Enable social sector leaders to spend more time putting their genius to work on breakthrough solutions and reduce the hours managing the challenges that can accompany philanthropy when it’s not done well
-
Catalyze systems change by connecting individuals to networks - our challenges require collective creativity and action
-
Cultivate transformational experiences where people from different backgrounds experience profound connection and shared humanity, recognizing the power of the beloved community

OUR TEAM
We started with a question: If we support individual donors to cultivate their sense of purpose in a community where they build skills, knowledge and connections to changemakers, can we accelerate moving money off the sidelines to the communities and causes where material resources will fuel impact? We have unique and complementary experience as coaches, advisors, strategists, entrepreneurs, field-builders, and nonprofit, philanthropic, and corporate leaders. We have spent the past two years piloting Purposeful Living, Purposeful Giving with a variety of clients including the Park City Community Foundation, Harvard University, and the US Olympic and Paralympic Foundation, along with cohorts of individual donors that we've hosted. In addition, Jen and Becky have been developing a set of deep-dive resources and retreats for advisors and donors to navigate giving to Education and Thriving Youth. We each have our independent advisory practices and we partner with each other and with additional collaborators in the field to advance Purposeful Giving.
